1. Agreement

By downloading or using MOD Calculator you agree to these terms. The app is published by van de Stadt, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], KvK [NUMBER]. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use MOD Calculator on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

4. Dive safety and accuracy of results

MOD Calculator is a planning aid for divers who are already certified to dive nitrox. It is not training, not a dive computer, and not a substitute for your own tables, your instructor, or your agency’s limits.

The app applies a published formula to the two numbers you give it. It knows nothing about your dive plan, your gas supply, the conditions, your physiology, or your fitness to dive. Exceeding a maximum operating depth risks central nervous system oxygen toxicity, which underwater can be fatal. Verify every figure independently before you dive it.

5. Warranty and liability

6. Apple is not a party to this agreement

This agreement is between you and van de Stadt, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app, and is a third-party beneficiary with the right to enforce these terms against you.
