1. Who we are
MOD Calculator is published by van de Stadt.com, registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this policy, write to info@vandestadt.com.
2. What we collect
Nothing. MOD Calculator does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. It has no account, no sign-in, and makes no network requests. Everything you enter stays on your device.
3. What the app stores on your device
Four settings, held in the app’s own storage so it opens the way you left it: your oxygen percentage, your partial pressure limit, your unit choice, and whether you have completed the first-launch walkthrough. None of it leaves the device, and deleting the app deletes all of it.
4. Analytics and crash reporting
The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
5. Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment details.
6. Your rights under the GDPR
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. If you believe otherwise, write to info@vandestadt.com and we will respond within 14 days. In the DIFC the supervisory authority is the Commissioner of Data Protection. If you are in the EU or EEA you may also lodge a complaint with your own national data protection authority.
7. Children
This app is only intended for users over the age of 12 and are certified Nitrox divers.
8. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. This URL stays stable, because Apple and your users both depend on it resolving.
